Firefly Quad: $1,799
Get ready for nighttime giggles and ghost stories! This cabin features two sets of bunk beds for that true sleep-away camp experience! It also includes a private en suite bathroom with a connecting outdoor shower, super cozy beds, and thoughtful amenities.
Arrowhead Double: $2,099
This cabin features two twin beds, a private en suite bathroom with a connecting outdoor shower, super cozy beds, and thoughtful amenities.
Ragweed Double: $1,899
This converted 1975 school bus is perfect for those with an adventurous spirit. This "skoolie" is more compact and a bit quirky with its original doors, but it’s a most unique offering! It comes with A/C and all of the cabin amenities, a Queen bed, and outdoor shower as well. Ragweed is a unique "glamping" experience!
Bluestem Single: $2,499
This cabin features a queen bed so you can go solo or choose to share a bed with a Goddess bestie! It also includes a private en suite bathroom with a connecting outdoor shower, super cozy bed, and thoughtful amenities.
The Forge
This charming loft log cabin will be the hub for much of our gathering, indoor and outdoor. With a wood burning fireplace, a fire pit and outdoor dining pavilion, it will serve as an ideal space for connection and sacred practice.

We began Goddess Within retreats in 2023 as a way to honor the divine feminine essence within every woman. Excess, toxic masculine energy has been the M.O. for centuries; causing women and men to become unbalanced, rigid, and inflexible in our bodies, minds and hearts. As women strived for equal rights, opportunities and having a voice, we became greatly disconnected from our natural playfulness, sensuality and desires. The price for equality has been a steep one as the prevalence of heart disease, cancer and depression has also caught up to that of our male counterparts. WE DEEPLY NEED MORE BALANCE.
Our soul-driven mission is to celebrate and restore the powerful sacred feminine energy we hold within our selves through sisterhood, movement, ritual, creative expression, fun, laughter and spiritual practice. We deliver curated, high-touch experiences in exquisite locales all over the world.

Prior to beginning her “mind-body-spirit in harmony” journey, Monica enjoyed a career as HR Manager at PepsiCo and as an Organizational Effectiveness consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies.
She is now a Chopra Center Certified Primordial Sound Mantra Meditation instructor and has been teaching yoga since 2002. She also is an ACE personal trainer and she holds certifications in Thai-Yoga Stretch, Body Flow, and Integrated Energy Therapy among many other modalities.
As a Reiki Master and a student of energy medicine, Monica creates eclectic and unique classes and training programs for her private clients, corporate clients and The Boca Raton Resort. Her passion for bringing a “Zen component” into her classes, programs, workshops and retreats adds a depth that defines her style and is what lead her to create S.A.C.R.E.D. Yoga and GET FIT Retreats.

Deeply unfulfilled, despite a “perfect” career as a Fortune 500 executive, Shweta leapt off the corporate ladder to follow the calling of her soul—though she had no clue what it was at the time.
During a dark time in her life, as her mom suffered with significant pain and dis-ease, she sought alternatives to conventional medicine to provide her mom relief. She quickly came to learn and love her innate gift and passion for holistic healing, energy medicine and the mind/body connection. She now helps her clients dismantle trauma and inner blocks, so they can have the happiness, freedom and fulfillment that has been missing for much of their life.
Shweta’s certifications and training include the Eden Method, Emotional Freedom Technique, the LifeLine Technique, Rapid Transformational Therapy, Matrix Energetics, and Healing Codes among a myriad other mind/body practices.
